Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Manage and optimize social media accounts across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and others.
• Create engaging content such as captions, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
• Plan, run, and optimize paid social media advertising campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends, audience behavior, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
• Track, analyze, and report social media performance using analytics tools.
• Stay updated with platform algorithms, new features, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with brand strategy.
• Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing social media accounts and executing paid ad campaigns.
• Strong knowledge of major social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
• Creative thinking with strong content storytelling abilities.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with SEO and other digital marketing channels is an advantage.
