Social Media expert required for construction company

Job Overview:
Ameer Hamza Developers (design & construction) is looking for a confident and creative individual to create engaging short-form video content (Reels) for our construction projects. The ideal candidate should be comfortable on camera, well-spoken, and have a strong understanding of social media trends and content creation. You’ll be responsible for shooting, editing, and delivering high-quality content daily for in-house projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, shoot, and present short video content (Instagram Reels, Facebook, Tiktok etc.)
• Appear on camera to explain project features, construction updates and real estate insights
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content ideas and scripts
• Handle basic video shooting setups (lighting, angles, framing)
• Stay updated with social media trends and apply them to our brand
• Ensure content reflects a professional and premium brand image
• Generate leads for businessRequirements:
• Fluent in both Urdu and English (spoken and conversational)
• Confident personality; not camera shy
• Good understanding of social media platforms and reel-making trends
• Basic knowledge of video shooting and content creation
• Well-groomed, presentable and professionally dressed
• Educated, with strong communication skills
• Creative mindset with attention to detail

Preferred:

• Experience in real estate, construction, or lifestyle content
• Basic video editing skills
