Social Media Front Sales - Design & Development.

Requirements:

Web Design & Development, logo designs, Digital Marketing, etc.

  • Must have exceptional communication skills.
  • Conducting research on potential prospects.
  • Follow up with potential leads in order to drive them to maturity.
  • Establish and maintain good relationship with new customers.
  • Strive to improve customer satisfaction through excellent customer service.
  • Have an ability to assess the customer’s requirement to suggest suitable property solutions.
  • Ensure that clients are thoroughly briefed about relevant property units.
  • Accompany buyers during visits to and inspections of the property, advising them on the suitability and value.
  • Identify and respond to changes in client needs.
  • Follow up customers to ensure timely closure of deals.
  • Maintaining customer database and log sheets
  • Be adaptable to changing roles over time.
  • Ability to convert leads to sales and achieve monthly targets.
  • The right candidate must be self-driven and result oriented.

Qualifications:

  • The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria.
  • A good experience in Front Sales.
  • A proven track record of sales within the Designz & Dev, etc.
  • Proficiency in verbal and written English.

Target: $10k

  • Salary: Market Competitive plus Commission (Depends on prior experience)
  • Paid Leaves
  • Performance base appraisals
  • Shift Timing 4:00PM TO 1:00AM
