Social Media & Google Ads Manager

MKX Virtual Assets Broker & Dealer Services LLC is a Dubai-based, VARA-licensed virtual assets company enabling secure, compliant, and seamless digital asset transactions. We operate a regulated crypto platform that allows users to buy, sell, convert, and withdraw fiat and crypto with ease and transparency.

We are looking for a Social Media & Google Ads Manager to lead our digital marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be an all-in-one digital marketing expert — someone who can plan, execute, analyze, and optimize campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads, while also creating engaging content that resonates with our audience.

This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and creative execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute MKX’s digital marketing strategy across Meta, Google Ads, and other online channels.
  • Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns (Google Search, Display, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram).
  • Continuously monitor and optimize campaign performance to achieve maximum ROI.
  • Create compelling ad copy, visuals, and video content suitable for each platform (basic design skills required).
  • Manage and grow MKX’s social media presence, ensuring consistent brand tone and engagement.
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) to track performance, prepare reports, and provide insights to management.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends in digital marketing, social media algorithms, and crypto-related advertising guidelines.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (Design, Tech, Compliance) to ensure content accuracy and regulatory alignment.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with VARA and UAE advertising regulations for virtual assets.
  • Manage marketing budget and provide monthly reporting on spend and performance.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of core, hands-on experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
  • Proven track record of planning, executing, and optimizing ad campaigns independently.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and performance metrics.
  • Ability to design basic ad creatives and visuals using tools such as Canva, Photoshop, or similar.
  • Excellent command of English (verbal and written).
  • Experience in the crypto, fintech, or financial services industry is a strong advantage.

Proactive, results-driven, and able to work with minimal supervision.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
