Responsibilities
- Manage and grow social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, Threads, TikTok).
- Plan, create, schedule, and analyze content aligned with brand and campaign goals.
- Design high-quality graphics, videos, reels, and stories for digital platforms.
- Maintain brand consistency across all visual and marketing materials.
- Create digital and print designs (ads, banners, brochures, emails, newsletters).
- Engage with the online community, manage comments/messages, and run campaigns or giveaways.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, creatives, influencers, and external partners.
- Stay updated on social media, design trends, and performance insights.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing creative social media content, marketing materials, and branding design.
- Ability to translate concepts into visually compelling designs.
Requirements
- Diploma in Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and social media tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating social, branding, and marketing designs.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms, trends, and analytics.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines under pressure.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Video editing skills and experience in the medical field are a plus.
- Experience in the medical field is an advantage.
