Job Summary:
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media & Graphic Design Specialist to manage our brand’s online presence and visual identity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, designing visually compelling materials, and maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. This role combines creativity, analytical thinking, and digital marketing expertise.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management:
- Build and execute comprehensive social media strategies through competitive research, audience analysis, and benchmarking.
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (text, images, videos, or HTML) that fosters engagement and drives community interaction.
- Set up and optimize company profiles across all social platforms to maximize brand visibility.
- Monitor and moderate user-generated content according to established community guidelines and brand tone.
- Develop and manage editorial calendars and content schedules to ensure consistent and timely posting.
- Track and analyze social media metrics and insights to measure performance, identify trends, and improve strategies.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Customer Relations, Sales, etc.) to manage brand reputation and coordinate communication efforts.
Graphic Design & Content Creation:
- Study design briefs and determine creative requirements for campaigns and content.
- Conceptualize and design visuals, illustrations, logos, and layouts for digital and print use.
- Prepare drafts, present ideas, and incorporate feedback to refine designs.
- Use design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Figma, etc.) to create professional and eye-catching materials.
- Ensure designs align with brand identity, visual guidelines, and project objectives.
- Test graphics across multiple media and make necessary adjustments for quality and consistency.
- Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current, relevant, and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in social media management and graphic design.
- Proficiency with major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X/Twitter, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of graphic design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.).
- Excellent understanding of branding, digital marketing, and content strategy.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Excellent communication, creativity, and time-management skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with web content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace).
- Basic knowledge of SEO and digital advertising best practices.
- Video editing skills and familiarity with motion graphics tools are a plus.
