Label Aishwaryrika is a premium hand-embroidered Chikankari designer brand blending heritage craftsmanship with modern luxury. We are looking for a hands-on marketing professional who understands fashion storytelling, Instagram-first growth, and execution-driven digital marketing.

This is a highly execution-focused role requiring independent ownership across content, campaigns, and digital operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently plan and execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, drops, and flash sales aligned with brand storytelling and revenue objectives.
  • Create and manage Instagram-first content, including reels, stories, captions, publishing calendar, and daily engagement while maintaining luxury brand tone.
  • Produce short-form video content, including Instagram reels and YouTube Shorts, and design marketing creatives using Canva or similar tools for stories, campaigns, and promotions.
  • Plan and execute WhatsApp and email marketing campaigns using AI-driven platforms (Wati, Interakt, AiSensy or similar) with measurable performance goals.
  • Manage Shopify backend operations, including product uploads, collection merchandising, banner updates, and pricing revisions.
  • Independently handle end-to-end influencer collaborations and PR initiatives, including outreach, negotiation, coordination, content approvals, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
  • Take full ownership of analytics by tracking engagement, reach, conversions, and campaign ROI, and implementing data-backed improvements without supervision.
  • Coordinate directly with production and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution and seamless launch alignment.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 3+ years experience in fashion, lifestyle, beauty, or D2C brand marketing.
  • Hands-on Instagram content management and reel strategy execution.
  • Shopify backend experience (product uploads, website updates, pricing).
  • Experience using WhatsApp marketing tools (Wati, Interakt, AiSensy, or similar).
  • Working knowledge of SEO fundamentals and AI tools for content optimisation (ChatGPT, AI keyword tools, basic on-page SEO), along with digital campaign tracking and analytics.
  • Strong creative mindset with passion for storytelling and content creation.
  • Ability to work independently and manage execution timelines.

Role Requirements

  • Hybrid role: Remote + reporting to the Thane office twice weekly.
  • 6-day working week.
  • Own laptop required.
