Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Social Media Growth & Influencer Strategy Manager to support multiple brands under the Company. This role focuses primarily on Instagram (IG) and TikTok (TT), while also supporting other relevant social platforms as needed. The primary objective is to help the Company understand follower fluctuation dynamics, identify scalable growth opportunities, and develop a repeatable, data-informed brand awareness growth methodology across brands.

This is a strategy- and analysis-driven role, not a content production role. You will work closely with an in-house creative and content team and report directly to the Marketing Director, taking ownership of growth diagnostics, influencer ecosystem insights, and platform-level strategy.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will analyze follower growth and decline patterns across IG, TT, and other social platforms, helping the Company clearly understand the underlying drivers behind audience changes. This includes evaluating platform behavior, audience engagement signals, content distribution effects, and follower quality, and translating these findings into clear, actionable insights for brand and marketing leadership.

You will develop and guide social media growth strategies that extend beyond basic organic posting. This includes advising on effective growth levers such as influencer seeding models, paid and organic amplification strategies, UGC-driven distribution, and cross-platform exposure, with an emphasis on approaches that are proven within the industry rather than surface-level best practices.

You will also serve as a key source of influencer and social industry insight, sharing practical knowledge about how influencer collaborations, creator partnerships, and agency-driven growth strategies operate in real brand environments. This includes helping the team understand what strategies are sustainable, what approaches carry risk, and how different growth tactics affect follower quality and long-term brand health.

A critical component of this role is social media data analysis and interpretation. You will define meaningful growth-related KPIs, analyze performance trends over time, and connect audience behavior data to strategic decisions. Rather than simply reporting metrics, you will provide clear explanations of what the data indicates, why it matters, and how strategies should be adjusted as a result.

You will also be responsible for helping build a repeatable social media brand awareness growth framework tailored to the Company’s brands. This framework should be practical, testable, and scalable, enabling internal teams to apply consistent growth logic across brands while continuously refining strategies based on performance feedback.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate has proven experience driving follower and brand awareness growth for brand-owned social media accounts, rather than personal creator accounts alone, and demonstrates a strong understanding of how IG, TT, and similar platforms function from a strategic perspective. You should be comfortable working with data, identifying patterns in audience behavior, and explaining platform dynamics in a clear and practical manner.

Experience within Fashion, Lifestyle, or Home-related brands is strongly preferred, along with prior exposure to influencer marketing agencies or multi-brand environments. We are looking for someone who understands both the strategic and operational realities of social media growth, including influencer ecosystems, platform incentives, and audience quality considerations.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
