About the Role
Black River makes high-quality accessories for trucks, UTVs, and outdoor enthusiasts. We are looking for a creative, experienced, and self-starting Social Media & Growth Manager to help grow the Black River brand through content, social media, paid advertising, customer engagement, and dealer support.
This role combines social media management, content creation, videography, digital marketing, and business development. The right person will know how to create content that gets attention, builds trust, supports sales, and moves people closer to becoming customers or dealers.
This is not a role for someone who only wants to post content. We are looking for someone who understands that content should help grow the business.

This person helps shape how Black River shows up online, in the market, and with customers. They are responsible for creating content that tells the Black River story, builds trust, educates customers, supports the sales process, and drives action.
A candidate who can show they helped grow an account, generate measurable sales from content, or create campaigns that drove leads and revenue will stand out.

Content-Driven Growth Mindset: Understands that content should build trust, generate interest, drive traffic, support sales, and help grow the business.
Creative & Social-Savvy: Strong understanding of social platforms, trends, hooks, storytelling, and content formats.
Photo & Video Production: Able to create, capture, and edit photo and video content that looks professional, feels authentic, and supports the brand.
Strategic Planner: Able to build a content strategy, manage a content calendar, and create campaigns around products, customers, dealers, events, and business goals.
Paid Advertising Knowledge: Comfortable supporting or managing paid social campaigns, boosted posts, audience targeting, creative testing, and campaign reporting.
Data-Driven: Able to analyze social performance, website traffic, lead sources, and campaign results to improve future content and strategy.
Sales-Aware: Understands how content can support retail sales, dealer inquiries, customer education, and the buying journey.
Organized & Self-Starting: Manages multiple projects with ease, follows through, and keeps content, communication, and deadlines on track.
Customer-Focused: Delivers a strong experience across online conversations, in-person interactions, dealer communication, and post-purchase follow-ups.
Collaborative & Independent: Works well with leadership, sales, dealers, customers, and creative partners while also being able to take ownership and move projects forward independently.
Tech-Proficient: Comfortable using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, scheduling platforms, analytics tools, Meta Ads Manager, and basic photo/video editing software.
Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate has already managed and grown social media accounts for a brand or business and can show real examples of their work.
We are looking for someone who can create strong content, understand performance data, support sales and dealer growth, and help Black River become more visible in the truck, UTV, and outdoor markets.
A strong candidate will be able to show examples of content that performed well, accounts they helped grow, campaigns they contributed to, and ways their work created measurable business impact.
Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
