Job Summary

Next Day Soil is seeking a highly skilled Social Media Growth Manager to build and scale our social media following from the ground up across TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and YouTube.

This role is for an experienced operator who understands how to grow pages organically through strategy, consistency, and execution — not someone bringing an existing audience, and not someone focused on branding, logos, or SEO.

Our reputation, search ranking, and operations are already established.
This role is about audience growth, attention, and distribution.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow social media accounts from zero to scale
• Develop and execute a short-form content strategy across all platforms
• Create, publish, and manage daily short-form video content
• Repurpose and adapt content efficiently across platforms
• Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth)
• Identify high-performing formats and scale them consistently
• Maintain brand voice through repetition, not constant redesign
• Stay current with platform trends and algorithm shifts
• Report growth metrics and insights weekly

What This Role Does NOT Include

• Logo design or rebranding
• Website management or SEO optimization
• Paid advertising management
• Influencer partnerships
• AI-generated or templated content

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience growing social media pages organically
• Strong understanding of:
• TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts algorithms
• Short-form video hooks, retention, and engagement mechanics
• Ability to manage high-volume posting schedules
• Experience growing brand or theme pages (not personal influencer pages)
• Data-driven decision making

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing multiple social media accounts
• Familiarity with construction, heavy equipment, or industrial brands
• Video editing skills for short-form content
• Strong communication and reporting skills

Success Metrics (First 30–60 Days)

• Consistent posting across all platforms
• Measurable growth in reach and follower count
• Identification of repeatable, high-performing content formats
• Increased inbound attention and brand visibility
