We are seeking a Social Media & Growth Marketer - B2B to build and scale our digital presence, primarily on LinkedIn, and support demand-generation initiatives across global markets. The role focuses on turning complex technology narratives into engaging, business-focused content that resonates with CXOs and decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

· Develop and execute LinkedIn content strategy and writing aligned to B2B growth objectives.

· Manage and optimize social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, and Instagram.

· Create compelling B2B content and technology-led storytelling for professional audiences.

· Simplify complex technology concepts into clear, business-friendly messaging.

· Create case studies and success stories in collaboration with delivery and client teams.

· Drive community engagement and brand interaction across social channels.

· Support webinars, events, podcasts, and newsletters with content and promotional assets.

· Design social and campaign creatives using Canva or Adobe design tools.

· Plan, schedule, and manage content using content planning and scheduling tools.

· Track analytics, performance metrics, and optimization opportunities across platforms.

· Demonstrate strong understanding of B2B, technology, and SaaS content ecosystems.

Requisites

· 2–5 years of experience in B2B social media and growth marketing

· Strong expertise in LinkedIn content and analytics

· Excellent communication, writing and storytelling skills

· Ability to simplify complex technology concepts for business audiences

· Data-driven approach with familiarity in social and growth metrics

Preferred qualifications

· Good knowledge of using Canva for creating social media and campaign designs.

· Experience in IT services, SaaS, or technology consulting

· Exposure to global markets (US, GCC, APAC)

· Knowledge of paid social campaigns is a plus

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,830.62 - ₹68,348.98 per month
