Position Overview
We are looking for a Social Media Growth Specialist who understands current social media trends and strategies for growing online audiences. This role focuses on promoting creator content, increasing engagement, and helping expand reach across multiple platforms.

This position begins with a 3-month training period (part-time) with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role with increased compensation based on performance.

Responsibilities

• Promote and grow digital creator profiles across social media platforms
• Stay up to date with social media trends and viral content formats
• Help develop strategies to increase follower growth and engagement
• Assist with content promotion and campaign execution
• Monitor performance and suggest improvements for growth

Platforms

• Instagram
• TikTok
• Reddit
• Other social media platforms as needed

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of social media platforms and online trends
• Familiar with audience growth and engagement strategies
• Organized, reliable, and able to work independently
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment

Schedule

• Approximately 20-30 hours per week during training
• Hybrid position based in Los Angeles

After the 3-month training period, this role may transition into a full-time position with a pay increase for qualified candidates.
