Social Media Growth Strategist

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Content Strategist to join our team full-time. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and executing content strategies across multiple social media platforms to drive brand awareness, engagement, and growth.

You’ll work closely with the creative and marketing teams to ensure all content aligns with brand voice, trends, and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy
• Plan monthly/weekly content calendars across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.)
• Research trends, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh and relevant
• Write engaging captions, hooks, and content briefs
• Collaborate with designers, videographers, and editors on content production
• Analyze performance metrics and optimize content based on insights
• Maintain consistent brand tone, messaging, and visual direction
• Manage posting schedules and ensure deadlines are met
• Stay updated on competitors and industry best practices

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Strategist, Content Strategist, or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and algorithms
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills
• Experience with content planning tools and analytics
• Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends and culture
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or e-commerce brands
• Basic understanding of paid social and influencer marketing
• Experience with short-form video strategy (Reels / TikTok)
