Job Title: Social Media Executive – Real Estate

*Job Summary*

Evergreen Homes & Properties is seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Executive to manage and grow our digital presence. The role focuses on promoting our villa projects, plots, and construction services, generating quality leads, and engaging with customers across social media platforms.

*Key Responsibilities*

• Handle Evergreen Homes & Properties’ social media pages on Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Create and publish content related to villas, plots, ongoing projects, offers, and completed works
• Design attractive post creatives, reels, stories, and short videos
• Prepare and follow a monthly content and posting schedule
• Respond to customer enquiries, comments, and messages promptly
• Generate and follow up leads from social media platforms
• Coordinate with the sales and site team to gather project updates, photos, and videos
• Run and manage Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns for lead generation
• Track performance metrics such as reach, engagement, enquiries, and conversions
• Maintain consistent brand identity and professionalism across all platforms

*Required Skills & Qualifications*

• Experience in social media handling or digital marketing
• Good content writing skills in English (Malayalam preferred)
• Basic knowledge of Canva / graphic design tools
• Understanding of real estate marketing is an added advantage
• Familiarity with lead forms, WhatsApp integrations, and ad campaigns
• Strong communication and customer-handling skills

*Preferred Qualifications*

• Prior experience managing real estate or property pages
• Knowledge of reels, short-form video editing (InShot / CapCut)
• Ability to work independently and meet posting targets

Location: On-site / Hybrid (as per company policy)

Type: Full-time

Working Hours: 9:00 - 5:30
