Social Media Handler and Administrator

We are looking for a creative, organized, and proactive Social Media Handler & Administrator to manage, grow, and maintain our company’s social media presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, handling community interactions, analyzing performance metrics, and ensuring consistent branding and communication across all digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with business goals.
• Manage daily social media operations on platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube.
• Create, schedule, and post engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, reels, stories).
• Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages promptly, and build online community presence.
• Track analytics, prepare weekly/monthly performance reports, and suggest improvements.
• Run and manage paid ad campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.).
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and sales teams to maintain brand consistency.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Handle page administration — including post approvals, account settings, and audience moderation.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Handler, or Administrator.
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms and analytics tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with strong visual sense and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and digital advertising.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, or a related field (preferred).

Bonus Skills (Optional):

• Experience with Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, and SEO.
• Knowledge of social media automation and CRM tools.
• Photography or content creation experience.
