Social Media Handler (Facebook & TikTok)

Regiment Staffing Inc is looking for a creative, energetic, and results-driven Social Media Handler to manage and grow our Facebook and TikTok presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, increasing audience engagement, and strengthening our brand visibility across social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage and maintain Facebook and TikTok accounts.

* Create, schedule, and publish posts, reels, videos, and stories.

* Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries professionally.

* Monitor social media trends and develop fresh content ideas.

* Increase followers, engagement, and overall brand awareness.

* Coordinate with the marketing and design teams for content creation.

* Track performance metrics and prepare social media reports.

* Run and optimize social media campaigns when required.

* Ensure all content aligns with company branding and objectives.

Requirements

* Experience managing Facebook and TikTok pages.

* Knowledge of social media marketing and audience engagement.

* Strong content writing and caption creation skills.

* Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, or similar editing tools.

* Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

* Understanding of social media analytics and performance metrics.

* Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Facebook Ads Manager.

* Understanding of viral TikTok content strategies.

* Basic graphic design and video editing skills.

Shift Timing: Monday to Friday – 6:00 PM to 2:00 AM

Job Type: In-Person (Office Based) – Lahore Office

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
