Job Overview

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Handler to manage and grow our online presence across multiple social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging content, managing social media accounts, increasing brand awareness, and driving audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain company social media accounts including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X (Twitter), and YouTube.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging content including posts, stories, reels, and videos.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Monitor social media trends, competitors, and industry developments.
  • Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools.
  • Prepare monthly performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers, video editors, and marketing teams to create content.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and optimize ad performance when required.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms.
  • Build and engage online communities to enhance customer relationships and brand loyalty.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in social media management.
  • Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their algorithms.
  • Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

  • Growth in followers and audience reach.
  • Engagement rate across social media platforms.
