Job Overview

We are looking for a creative, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented individual to manage CIVITECH’s digital presence across social media platforms and maintain our official WordPress website. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital branding, content strategy, SEO, and website management.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance CIVITECH’s visibility and engagement.
• Manage official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.) with regular, high-quality content posting.
• Design and schedule engaging posts, videos, reels, and updates related to ongoing and completed projects.
• Maintain and update CIVITECH’s WordPress website, ensuring all project portfolios, news, and visuals are current and professional.
• Coordinate with the design and engineering teams to produce project highlights and visual storytelling.
• Monitor analytics, audience insights, and platform trends to optimize reach and engagement.
• Ensure consistent brand identity and tone across all digital platforms.
• Manage basic SEO, plugin updates, website security, and performance optimization on WordPress.
• Collaborate with management to plan and execute digital campaigns, recruitment posts, and company announcements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Media, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
• Proven experience in social media management and WordPress website handling.
• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, or other content creation tools.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and basic digital marketing principles.
• Strong writing skills with the ability to craft professional and engaging captions.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms efficiently and meet deadlines.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and passion for digital storytelling.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with engineering, architecture, or corporate branding pages.
• Familiarity with website speed optimization, Elementor, and WordPress theme customization.
• Video editing and motion graphics skills will be a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month
