About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Social Media Head who can lead our social media department with creativity, strategy, and innovation. This role requires someone who can manage teams effectively, retain clients through exceptional service, and introduce fresh ideas that elevate our brand and our clients’ presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall social media strategy and execution for clients across multiple platforms.
• Bring fresh creative ideas and a strong strategic approach to enhance performance and engagement.
• Supervise and guide a team of 8+ members, including:
• Graphic Designers
• Video Editors
• Social Media Executives
• Provide creative direction, content plans, and performance insights to the team.
• Oversee and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), including planning, execution, optimization, and reporting.
• Collaborate with clients directly, ensuring high satisfaction, strong relationships, and long-term retention.
• Ensure timely delivery of all content and campaigns by optimizing workflow and team coordination.
• Resolve client queries promptly and ensure fast, accurate communication.
• Analyze insights, trends, and data to suggest ongoing improvements.
• Maintain quality standards across all content and campaigns.
• Stay updated on social media trends, tools, and platform updates.

Requirements

• 4–8 years of proven experience in social media management.
• Expertise in Meta Ads (Facebook Ads Manager) is mandatory.
• Strong strategic thinking with an eye for creativity and innovation.
• Proven leadership experience managing and motivating creative teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-handling skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work in a fast-paced environment.
