Social Media Head

About the Role:

Asra Derm looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Head to lead our digital presence across all platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about social media trends, storytelling, and brand building — with the ability to drive engagement, growth, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with overall marketing goals.
• Manage and oversee content creation for all platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Plan and execute paid campaigns to increase reach and conversions.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.
• Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
• Collaborate with the marketing, design, and content teams to ensure brand consistency.
• Lead and mentor a small team of social media executives/designers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of proven experience managing social media for brands or agencies.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing analytics and tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, etc.).
• Excellent communication, creativity, and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
