Job description:

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Content Creator who has hands-on experience producing high-quality content related to Information Technology. The ideal candidate should understand IT concepts, trends, and technologies, and be able to translate complex topics into engaging, easy-to-understand content for different audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging and informative content such as blogs, articles, website content, case studies, social media posts, and video scripts related to IT services and solutions.
• Research industry trends, new technologies, and market insights to develop relevant content ideas.
• Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to deliver creative and impactful content.
• Optimize content for SEO and maintain brand voice across all platforms.
• Develop technical content covering areas like software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, DevOps, AI/ML, and other relevant IT domains (as applicable).
• Edit, proofread, and revise content to ensure accuracy and clarity.
• Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of all content pieces.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Content Creator, Content Writer, or similar role in the IT industry.
• Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and industry terminology.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• Ability to simplify complex technical information for non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and content optimization.
• Basic understanding of design tools (Canva, Figma) is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
