Social Media & Influencer Manager

Part-Time | $20+ DOE | Contractor or In-House | Remote-Friendly

About the Role

LUNA Sandals is seeking a Social Media & Influencer Manager to help guide our voice, grow our reach, and strengthen our community.

This role can be remote, part-time, and either contractor or in-house. We care more about alignment, consistency, and execution than titles.

What You’ll Do

• Own social media strategy and execution
• Plan content, manage posting cadence, and track performance
• Provide strategic oversight for influencer and affiliate marketing
• Assistant support handles influencer discovery and outreach
• You focus on brand alignment, partnerships, and growth direction

Who You Are

• Have proven experience managing social media and influencer programs
• Understand brand voice and community-driven growth
• Comfortable working asynchronously (many of our collaborators travel)
• Organized, communicative, and self-directed
• Bonus if you live a vanlife / outdoor / adventure-oriented lifestyle and can naturally tell that story

Job Types: Part-time, Contract

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
