Social Media Integrator & Executive Assistant (Dealership)

About the Role
We’re looking for a high-energy, outgoing Assistant/Integrator to become the public face of D3 Auto Sales across all social media platforms while also serving as a key Executive Assistant to dealership leadership.

This dual-role position starts as our on-camera personality and operations supporter, but has strong growth potential. Depending on your strengths and performance, this role can naturally evolve into either a full-time Marketing Director or a full-time Integrator position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the on-camera “face” of our social media — filming, posting, and engaging daily
  • Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and all major platforms
  • Create fun, authentic content showcasing our vehicles, team, customers, and dealership vibe
  • Provide high-level executive assistant support to ownership
  • Act as an Integrator — helping coordinate, organize, and keep the dealership running smoothly

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communicator with strong people skills and a positive, superstar attitude
  • Highly proficient with all social media platforms and comfortable on video
  • Marketing experience is a big plus (but not required)
  • Reliable and able to work Saturdays (required for dealership hours)
  • First job or no car/automotive experience? No problem — if you’re a superstar with energy, work ethic, and a willingness to learn, we want you!

Growth Opportunity
This position is designed to grow with you. Top performers will have the chance to move into a full-time Marketing Director role (leading all marketing strategy) or a dedicated Integrator/Operations role, with corresponding salary increase.
