Location: Dubai, UAE (On-site with flexible WFH days)
Salary: AED 3,000/month
Working Days: 6 days/week (Mix of on-site & work from home)

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Social Media Intern to join our dynamic team. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager and Content Creator to develop and execute our online presence across multiple platforms. This is a hands-on role that requires both strategic thinking and a willingness to get involved in every step – from brainstorming content ideas to coordinating shoots and posting in real-time.

Key Responsibilities

Content Planning & Posting:

• Create and manage post calendars for daily posting.
• Maintain consistent brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit Forums.
• Discover trends and propose creative, out-of-the-box content ideas (not just AI generated please)

Shoot Coordination:

• Organise and coordinate shoots with staff, models, and employees.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Content Creator and Marketing Manager to bring concepts to life.
• Ensure smooth execution of behind-the-scenes and on-site content creation.

Community Engagement & Growth:

• Actively engage with followers and respond to messages/comments.
• Reach out to potential clients, influencers, and relevant communities to expand reach.
• Increase engagement and followers organically and strategically.

Digital Marketing Support:

• Manage and improve our overall digital presence.
• Assist in running Meta Ads campaigns.
• Sit in on and, when needed, take over meetings with our website & SEO partners.

Bonus Skills (Preferred):

• Photography and videography skills.
• Comfortable appearing in front of the camera for brand content.

Requirements

• Strong command of English & Hindi
• Familiarity with Meta Ads and social media analytics.
• Creative mindset with an eye for design and trends.
• Highly organised, able to work under tight timelines.
• Hands-on and proactive in a small team setting.
• Comfortable multitasking and handling varied responsibilities.
• Passion for fashion, styling, and digital content creation is a plus.
