Social Media Intern

About the Role:

Workforce Commerce seeking a creative and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team. This role is perfect for someone passionate about digital marketing, content creation, and social media management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, creating, and posting engaging content across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
• Support in designing graphics, short videos, and reels for campaigns.
• Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Help analyze social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.
• Brainstorm new ideas to increase brand visibility and online engagement.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and current trends.
• Basic skills in Canva/Photoshop or video editing tools (preferred).
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
