Job Description

BEXO Technologies is looking for a passionate and creative Social Media Intern to join our marketing team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes social media, loves to stay ahead of trends, and wants hands-on experience building brand presence across digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Assist in creating and publishing engaging content (posts, reels, stories) on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Research and propose trending content ideas to boost engagement
• Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and mentions to grow community interaction
• Work with designers and content writers to develop cohesive campaigns
• Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, follower growth) and suggest improvements
• Stay updated on industry trends, memes, and content formats

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (pursuing or completed) in Marketing, Communications, or related field
• Strong knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter
• Familiarity with content tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Creative, organized, and detail-oriented
• Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a fast-paced environment
