Key Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and executing social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, edit, and publish engaging posts, reels, and stories aligned with brand voice and guidelines.
- Monitor social media channels, respond to comments/messages, and engage with the audience.
- Support in planning and running paid and organic campaigns.
- Research trends, hashtags, and competitors to improve content performance.
- Track key metrics (reach, engagement, followers, etc.) and prepare performance reports.
- Collaborate with the design and marketing teams for content creation and scheduling.
Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
- Creative thinker with good written and visual communication skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Meta Business Suite, or Buffer is a plus.
- Basic understanding of analytics and content planning.
- Eagerness to learn, adapt, and bring fresh ideas to the team.
