Responsibilities

• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content creation.
• Proofread and edit content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and adherence to brand guidelines.
• Monitor social media channels for engagement opportunities and respond to comments or inquiries.
• Support SEO initiatives by optimizing content for search engines.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to promote brand initiatives and campaigns.
• Utilize digital marketing tools to track performance metrics and report on social media effectiveness.

Experience

• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms is preferred but not required.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Experience or coursework in digital marketing, public relations, or related fields is beneficial.
• Proficiency in photography skills for capturing high-quality images for social media use.
• Strong research skills with the ability to analyze data and derive insights.
• Excellent written communication skills with attention to detail in proofreading and editing content.
