Role Overview

We’re looking for a creative, confident, and camera-friendly Social Media Intern to support our marketing team in taking our digital presence to the next level. From ideating Instagram Reels to managing publishing schedules, you'll have end-to-end ownership of exciting content pieces that engage and educate.

Key Responsibilities

Content Writing & Ideation

● Write engaging and brand-aligned copy for social platforms.

● Draft scripts for Reels, Shorts, and snackable video content around personal finance, digital lending, and CreditSea’s journey.

● Contribute to a monthly social media content calendar.

Reels & Video Creation

● Ideate, script, and record short-form video content for platforms like Instagram and YouTube.

● Be camera-ready and participate in recordings.

Coordinate with the editing team as needed for post-production.

Social Media Management

● Publish and schedule posts across Instagram, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, and YouTube.

● Engage with followers through comments, replies, and stories.

● Monitor content performance, analyze trends, and suggest improvements.

Requirements

● Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.

● Confident in front of the camera — you enjoy talking to an audience!

● Basic knowledge of Instagram, Twitter/X, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

● Creative thinking and a keen interest in finance, startups, and digital storytelling.

● Familiarity with Reels, Shorts, and social media trends.

● Ability to work on-site in Raipur for the duration of the internship.

● Prior experience in content creation or managing a personal/public social handle is a plus.

Bonus if you have

● A portfolio of social media content or reels

● Experience using social media tools like Buffer, Canva, or Creator Studio

● Editing skills or coordination experience with editors
