Social Media Intern

Location: Faisal Town, Lahore (Onsite)
Work Hours: Monday to Saturday (1:00 PM – 10:00 PM)

We are seeking a passionate, creative, and motivated Social Media Intern to join our team for a 3-month internship. This opportunity is ideal for fresh graduates, students, or individuals with strong social media knowledge or up to 6 months of hands-on experience. The role offers practical exposure to social media management, client communication, and basic digital marketing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing and publishing content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Twitter (X).
• Support in planning and executing social media calendars and campaigns.
• Coordinate with the design/creative team for content creation.
• Monitor engagement, insights, and basic performance metrics.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Support client communication to understand requirements and feedback.
• Handle social media chats, comments, and customer inquiries professionally.
• Ensure timely and accurate responses to maintain customer satisfaction.
• Support basic e-commerce tasks such as product listings, reviews, and promotions.
• Assist with basic Google Ads and Meta Ads activities.

Eligibility & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Business, or a related field (preferred).
• Fresh graduates or candidates with strong knowledge or up to 6 months of experience in social media.
• Good understanding of major social media platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Confident, proactive, and responsible attitude.
• Passionate, serious, and quick learner.
• Ability to adapt to new trends, tools, and technologies.
