We are looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Intern to support our marketing team in managing social media platforms and running paid advertising campaigns. This role is ideal for someone eager to learn social media strategy, content creation, and performance marketing.
Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management
- Create, curate, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.
- Assist in planning and executing social media content calendars.
- Engage with audiences through comments, messages, and posts.
- Ensure consistent brand voice and communication across platforms.
- Monitor trends and suggest creative ideas to improve engagement.
Advertising (Google & Meta Ads)
- Assist in launching, managing, and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics.
- Prepare performance reports and share insights with the team.
- Perform A/B testing for ad creatives, copy, and targeting.
- Set up and manage conversion tracking for campaigns.
- Optimize strategies based on data and analytics.
Reporting & Analysis
- Track social media and ad campaign performance.
- Analyze data and modify strategies to improve results.
- Maintain regular reporting on KPIs and campaign outcomes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding or hands-on experience with social media platforms.
- Familiarity with Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads is a plus.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with interest in performance metrics.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate insights clearly.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
