Social Media Intern

CRWD Agency is a Dubai-based creative and marketing agency working with brands across real estate, lifestyle, beauty, wellness, hospitality, and corporate sectors. We create content that is strategic, visually strong, and built to perform across digital platforms.

We are looking for a Social Media Intern who is creative, organized, eager to learn, and ready to grow in a fast-paced agency environment.

Role Overview

As a Social Media Intern, you will support the social media team in content planning, trend research, caption writing, community engagement, and day-to-day account coordination. This role is ideal for someone who understands Instagram, TikTok, and current social media trends, and wants hands-on experience in agency-level content creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in creating content ideas for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
• Research social media trends, sounds, formats, and competitor content
• Support the team with captions, content calendars, and post scheduling
• Help coordinate content shoots, reels, stories, and campaign materials
• Assist with community management, including basic replies and engagement
• Organize content files, references, briefs, and social media assets
• Support the team in preparing reports and performance updates
• Work closely with designers, content creators, and account managers

Requirements

• Strong interest in social media, content creation, and digital marketing
• Basic understanding of Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and social media trends
• Good written communication skills in English
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Organized, proactive, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency environment
• Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, or similar tools is a plus
• Previous internship or freelance experience is a plus, but not required
