Duties

• Assist in developing and implementing social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and TikTok.
• Create engaging visual and written content
• Monitor social media channels through social listening tools and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly to foster community engagement.
• Support in managing social media scheduling.
• Collaborate with the marketing team on branding initiatives, public relations activities, and e-commerce promotions to ensure cohesive messaging.

Skills

• Strong understanding of social media management tools.
• Experience with video editing and photography to produce multimedia content that captures audience attention.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques for monitoring brand reputation and industry trends.
• Excellent proofreading skills to ensure all content is clear, accurate, and aligned with branding standards.
