Social Media Intern (4-Month Internship – Mid-Dec 2025 Start)

Location: Culver City, CA (Hybrid – remote work with on-site days for shoots and content capture)
Duration: January 2026 – April 2026
Schedule: Part-time (15–20 hours/week)
Compensation: $20 per hour (paid internship)

About Us

We are a new aesthetic and wellness clinic launching in early 2026, focused on regenerative beauty, stem-cell hair restoration, injectables, and GLP1s. Our mission is rooted in accessibility and representation—we are intentionally creating a brand that resonates with Latino communities and makes high-quality aesthetics and wellness services more approachable and culturally aligned.

Whether through bilingual content, culturally relevant education, or inclusive messaging, we aim to break the stigma and barriers around wellness and aesthetic care. You will be part of building a brand that feels authentic, modern, and genuinely connected to the community it serves.

This internship includes direct mentorship from our Brand Marketing Leader, offering unmatched exposure to brand development, content strategy, and community-focused marketing.

Role Overview

We are seeking a creative Social Media Intern to support our brand launch with culturally aligned content, community-centered storytelling, and fresh ideas that amplify our purpose: making aesthetics and wellness accessible for the Latino consumer.

You will help shape our digital presence, support content creation, and engage with audiences who are often underserved in the beauty and wellness space.

What You’ll Do

• Create and publish content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts that aligns with our brand identity and Latino audience.
• Support bilingual or culturally relevant content ideas (Spanish not required, but a plus).
• Participate in content shoots at our Culver City location and help capture behind-the-scenes material.
• Help build our pre-launch content calendar with inclusive, educational, and approachable messaging.
• Research trends within the Latino beauty/wellness community and translate insights into content ideas.
• Edit short-form video content using Canva, CapCut, or similar tools.
• Organize and manage media assets and content libraries.
• Assist with influencer and UGC outreach, especially creators who are representative of or influential in Latino communities.
• Support community interactions via comments and messages to build trust and connection.
• Participate in events, photoshoots, and launch-related marketing initiatives.

Who You Are

• A current student or recent graduate in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related fields.
• Passionate about social media, beauty, wellness, and culture-driven marketing.
• Excited about increasing accessibility to aesthetics and wellness for diverse communities.
• Familiar with TikTok/Instagram trends and content creation styles.
• Comfortable participating in and helping film content.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Spanish-speaking is a bonus, but not required.
• Able to work hybrid with some in-person days in Culver City.
