Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and aesthetic storytelling?
We’re looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Intern (Content + Brand Assistant) to help bring our café brand, Ruya, to life online. This is a hands-on role where you’ll create content, capture in-store moments, and help shape the visual identity of a growing lifestyle brand.
This internship is ideal for someone who loves coffee culture, design, and social media trends and wants real experience building a brand from the inside.
Responsibilities
- Capture photo and video content in-store (coffee, food, ambiance, lifestyle moments)
- Create and edit Instagram Reels, TikToks, Stories, and posts
- Write captions aligned with brand voice and tone
- Assist in planning and scheduling content
- Stay up to date with social media trends and suggest creative ideas
- Engage with followers (comments, DMs, community interaction)
- Support content creation for events, launches, and collaborations
Schedule
- 10–15 hours per week
- Preferred:
- 2 mornings/week (6:00–9:00 AM) for content shooting
- 1–2 flexible blocks for editing/scheduling (late morning–afternoon)
- Occasional weekend/event availability is a plus
Qualifications
- Passion for social media, content creation, and branding
- Strong eye for aesthetics and detail
- Basic photo/video editing skills (CapCut, Lightroom, etc.)
- Familiarity with Instagram and TikTok trends
- Organized, self-motivated, and reliable
- Interest in cafés, food, or lifestyle brands is a plus
