Social Media Intern (Content Distribution & Community)

About the Role

We’re looking for a full-time, year-long social media intern to help manage and distribute existing content across multiple platforms.

Your main focus will be to ensure every post goes live where it needs to, when it needs to, with the right captions and hashtags.

This is a perfect entry-level role for someone who loves social media, notices small details, and wants hands-on experience inside a creator brand that posts across YouTube, Instagram, and more.

Responsibilities

Content Distribution

Repost existing videos and Reels across Instagram, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok (if used)

Write or adapt captions and hashtags for each platform

Schedule posts using Meta Business Suite, YouTube Studio, or Later

Maintain a tracker (Notion or Google Sheet) of what’s been posted where

Community Engagement

Monitor comments and DMs across platforms

Highlight meaningful responses or FAQs for review

Pin top comments and support daily engagement

Organization & Reporting

Keep content folders and posting assets organized in Google Drive

Update weekly performance metrics (views, reach, engagement)

Flag top-performing posts or patterns worth re-uploading

Ideal Candidate

Loves spending time on Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok

Understands what performs well on short-form platforms

Extremely organized and reliable with deadlines

Communicates clearly and takes initiative

Excited to learn how professional content systems run

Type: 12-month full-time internship

Hours: ~168 hours/month (approx. 40 hrs/week)

Location: Remote (India)

Stipend: ₹10,000–₹20,000/month depending on experience

Start Date: Immediate

Growth Path: Option to extend into a long-term role after 12 months based on performance
