Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive Social Media Intern with hands-on experience using YouTube, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and TikTok. The role includes content publishing, performance tracking, competitor research, and leveraging AI tools to support content strategy and growth.

Responsibilities

• Publish and schedule content on YouTube, Meta & TikTok.
• Use social media publishing tools (Meta Business Suite, Creator Studio, etc.).
• Track performance metrics and prepare reports using Google Sheets.
• Research trends and competitors, providing actionable content suggestions.
• Utilize AI tools to support content planning and optimization.
• Assist in basic content creation when required (preferred).

Required Skills

• Social media management with strong content awareness.
• Practical experience in YouTube, Meta & TikTok.
• Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI).
• Knowledge of publishing tools & key metrics (views, engagement, CTR, watch-time, etc.).
• Strong analytical ability and competitor analysis.
• Good English communication skills.
• Basic content creation experience (preferred).
• Proficiency in Google Sheets.

Job Types: Full-time, Internship
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: Rs20,000.00 - Rs25,000.00 per month
