Social Media Investigator

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a determined and detail oriented Social Media Investigator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for canvassing and monitoring Claimant/Plaintiff activities to assist in the mitigation of Workers Compensation / Liability Insurance claims.

**Duties:**

- Canvass and document all social media platforms for claimant activity.

- Prepare investigative reports (following template) for all social media findings.

- Perform the necessary database searches required for each claim received.

- Assist the Surveillance Supervisor with the formation of surveillance investigative reports.

- Additional duties dependent on case assignment requirements.

**Requirements:**

- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Adobe PDF, Microsoft Outlook. Must be able to type and generate investigative reports and respond to client emails in a professional manner.

- Fast and accurate typer is a must!

- Time management and organization.
