Social Media Lead Generation

Gold Rock Systems is looking for a Social Media-Lead Generation!

The ideal candidate will be responsible for content planning, audience engagement, analytics, and executing campaigns that align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Generating leads through social media platforms

Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok)

Plan, create, and schedule engaging content (posts, stories, reels, videos)

Manage daily posting, comments, messages, and community engagement

Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity

Run and optimize paid social media campaigns (optional but preferred)

Track performance using analytics tools and prepare monthly reports

Collaborate with design, content, and marketing teams

Maintain brand voice, tone, and visual consistency

Requirements & Qualifications:

Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices

Excellent English communication and copywriting skills

Experience with tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar

Ability to analyze data and adjust strategy accordingly

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
