About the Role

We are looking for an experienced social media & Lead Generation Executive (Freelancer) to manage and expand our digital presence across LinkedIn and other social platforms. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving qualified B2B leads, optimizing paid social campaigns, and creating strategic content plans targeted at international audiences.

Key Responsibilities

o Drive audience growth, qualified lead conversions through LinkedIn, Facebook, and Instagram.

o Plan, execute, and optimise LinkedIn lead generation and ad campaigns to achieve cost-effective results.

o Develop monthly content calendars, track KPIs, and prepare detailed performance reports.

o Maintain brand consistency and communication standards suited for international audiences.

Requirements

o Minimum 4 years of proven experience in social media management and B2B lead generation.

o Hands-on expertise with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Ads Manager, or similar lead generation tools.

o Excellent written communication, reporting, attention to detail and comfortable working independently.

Preferred Skills

o Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Meta Ads Manager, or HubSpot CRM.

o Understanding of B2B audience engagement and analytics reporting.

o Ability to deliver quality work under tight deadlines.
