Social Media & Lead Generation Manager – B2B SaaS / Insurance Technology

Newtec Technology Insurance Systems is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media & Lead Generation Manager to help grow brand awareness and generate qualified demo leads for our insurance technology platform.

This is not just a “social posting” role, we are looking for someone who understands marketing strategy, lead generation funnels, content creation, and conversion-focused campaigns. The ideal candidate knows how to create engaging content while driving measurable business results.

You will play a key role in increasing visibility, generating inbound leads, and encouraging insurance professionals to book product demos through strategic digital marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Create and manage social media content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms
• Develop lead-generation campaigns focused on increasing demo sign-ups
• Design and optimize landing pages for conversions
• Write articles, blog posts, newsletters, and marketing copy
• Create engaging graphics, short-form videos, and promotional content
• Manage social media calendars and posting schedules
• Monitor campaign performance and improve conversion rates
• Work closely with leadership to develop marketing strategies and promotions
• Research trends within insurance, technology, and B2B SaaS industries
• Build brand awareness and grow online engagement
• Assist with email marketing campaigns and automation workflows
• Analyze KPIs including lead volume, engagement, CTRs, and demo bookings

Qualifications

• Experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or lead generation
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and conversion-focused content
• Experience creating landing pages and marketing funnels
• Excellent copywriting and communication skills
• Familiarity with LinkedIn marketing and paid advertising is a plus
• Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design tools
• Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies preferred
• Self-motivated, organized, and results-oriented
• Experience in insurance, SaaS, or technology marketing is a plus
