We are seeking a confident and energetic “Social Media Lead Handler” to manage student inquiries, respond to leads, and assist prospective students and parents regarding our UK qualification programs. The role includes handling inquiries through messages and calls, providing admission-related information, coordinating meetings with the Admissions/Counselling Department, and maintaining follow-ups with prospective students to improve conversions.

This role is ideal for candidates with strong communication skills who are interested in working in the education sector and learning about the UK education system.

Requirements:

Location: Lahore

Salary: PKR 50,000/- monthly +Benefits as per organization policy

Terms of Employment: Full Time

Start date: As soon as possible

Education: Educational Background: O Levels or A Levels or BTEC Background

Experience: Fresh/Experienced both are encourage to apply

· Excellent spoken and written English communication skills

· Good interpersonal and customer handling skills

· Confidence in dealing with students and parents

· Basic understanding of social media platforms

· Professional attitude and willingness to learn

· Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp etc.

· Basic knowledge of Google Sheets/MS Excel.

· Handle inquiries received through social media platforms, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn etc.

· Respond professionally to student and parent queries

· Provide initial information regarding courses, admissions, fee structure, timings, and campus facilities.

· Maintain proper follow-up with leads

· Coordinate with the admissions and marketing team

· Maintain records of inquiries and responses

· Assist in virtual student enrollment and admission support.

· Support social media engagement activities when required

Training & Development

· Training will be provided on the UK Education System and Pearson BTEC programs
