Duties

  • Host live selling sessions across various social media platforms such as TikTok, WhatNot, or other relevant channels, ensuring high energy and audience interaction.
  • Demonstrate products clearly and confidently, highlighting features and benefits to motivate viewers to make purchases.
  • Engage actively with viewers through comments, questions, and polls to foster a lively community atmosphere.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content schedules, promotional campaigns, and special events aligned with brand goals.
  • Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback, trending topics, and competitor activities for continuous content improvement.
  • Apply SEO strategies and keyword research to optimize live session titles, descriptions, and hashtags for maximum visibility.
  • Use graphic design tools like Canva, Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator to create engaging visuals for promotions or overlays during live streams.
  • Track performance metrics using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Insights to analyze viewer engagement and sales conversions.
  • Manage social media accounts using scheduling tools like Hootsuite or Buffer to ensure consistent content delivery outside of live sessions.
  • Maintain strong relationship management by responding promptly to customer inquiries and building lasting connections with followers.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing with a focus on live selling or e-commerce sales.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms’ algorithms, advertising options (including Facebook Advertising), and best practices for live streaming.
  • Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for creating promotional visuals.
  • Familiarity with web analytics tools like Google Analytics for tracking campaign performance.
  • Excellent communication skills with an energetic personality that captivates online audiences.
  • Ability to multitask effectively during live sessions while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
  • Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research techniques, and social listening tools to optimize content reach.
  • Experience in photography or video editing is a plus for producing high-quality visual content.
  • Strong relationship management skills to foster community engagement and customer loyalty in an e-commerce setting. Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 14 – 25 per week
