Shift Timings: 11:00AM - 8:00PM

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and data-driven Social Media Management Executive to manage and grow multiple brands across Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate will have a strong balance of content creativity and marketing strategy, with the ability to deliver measurable growth and a strong digital presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan, create, and schedule engaging posts, reels, and stories.
• Monitor daily engagement and manage community interactions.
• Manage and optimize Meta paid ad campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Track and analyze key metrics including reach, engagement, conversions, and growth.
• Research trending content, competitors, and platform updates.
• Prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing (agency experience preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Sciences, Communication, or a related field.
• Strong ability to create engaging visual and written content.
• Proficiency with Meta Business Suite, Canva, Buffer, Creator Studio, and Ads Manager.
• Basic understanding of paid advertising, analytics, and audience targeting.
• Strong communication, creativity, teamwork, and time management skills.
