Job Description

(Performance Marketing Management Executive)

* Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other digital platforms.

* Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular performance reports.

* Manage budgets and maximize ROI through data-driven strategies.

* Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing.

* Coordinate with creative and content teams for ad creatives and landing pages.

**Required Skills:**

* Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.

* Experience with campaign optimization and performance analytics.

* Understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, and Google Analytics.

* Excellent reporting and analytical skills.

* Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

(Social Media Management Executive)

* Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across social media platforms.

* Manage daily social media activities and community engagement.

* Develop content calendars and social media strategies.

* Monitor trends and recommend creative content ideas.

* Track performance metrics and prepare monthly reports.

**Required Skills:**

* Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other social platforms.

* Content planning and copywriting skills.

* Experience with social media management tools.

* Basic knowledge of graphic design and video content coordination.

* Excellent communication and organizational skills.
