Social Media Management Trainee Officer (MTO)

We are looking for an energetic Social Media MTO with strong communication skills and a positive, growth-oriented attitude. The selected candidate will assist in managing brand pages, creating content, handling daily posting schedules, coordinating with the design team, tracking analytics, and supporting paid campaign execution.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and executing monthly social media calendars
• Help create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok
• Monitor trends, competitors, and platform updates
• Respond to comments/messages professionally
• Coordinate with design & marketing teams for timely posting
• Prepare weekly performance reports

Requirements:

• Strong communication & writing skills
• Understanding of social media platforms
• Creative mindset with eagerness to learn
• Ability to take feedback and work in a fast-paced environment
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
