WWES is seeking a creative and strategic Social Media & Creative Marketing Manager to lead our online presence. This role is perfect for someone who can blend creativity with strategy — bringing fresh ideas, running engaging campaigns, and managing our brand voice across platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Creative Strategy & Branding
- Build and execute creative campaigns to grow WWES’s digital presence.
- Develop original ideas for reels, videos, and storytelling that inspire students.
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.
Social Media Management
- Manage WWES’s accounts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and execute monthly content calendars.
- Post regularly, manage community engagement, and grow followers organically.
Content Creation
- Shoot and edit reels, short videos, and branded visuals.
- Write engaging ad copies and captions.
- Stay on top of digital trends and bring fresh, viral-worthy content ideas.
Paid Marketing (Basic)
- Run and manage Meta/Facebook ads to boost reach and leads.
- Monitor ad spend, track ROI, and suggest improvements.
Analytics & Growth
- Track performance across platforms using built-in tools (Meta Business Suite, TikTok Analytics, etc.).
- Provide insights and recommendations for better engagement.
Requirements
- 2–4 years of experience in social media management and content creation.
- Experience with Facebook/Instagram ads.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Creative mindset with a strong sense of trends and branding.
- Self-driven and able to take full ownership of social media growth.
- Bonus: Experience in education/consultancy or lead-gen campaigns.
