Job Summary
We are seeking an innovative and skilled Social Media to join our team. A successful candidate will be able to guide and build captivating content across multiple social platforms. They will possess an understanding of how to drive engagement and experience with B2B markets. A strong understanding of SEO strategy, data analytics and reporting, and proficiency in project management is required. This role involves leveraging various digital channels to enhance brand visibility, optimize user experience, and contribute to the overall growth of our business.

This position requires working closely with team members to understand the technology industry and develop a content marketing approach to make information accessible and engaging.

This position is fully remote.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms to increase brand visibility.
  • Develop and maintain Brand Guidelines to ensure consistency across all platforms to strengthen brand identity.
  • Utilize SEO tools for keyword research and optimization to improve organic search rankings and guide effective marketing campaigns.
  • Develop relevant and engaging content to build community engagement and create organic growth.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop a cohesive approach to brand identity and content generation that resonates with our target audience.
  • Write engaging content that is well researched and incorporates industry knowledge and company views.
  • Manage the full pipeline of content deliverables.
  • Ensure consistency across all publishing channels, injecting key strategic and brand messaging.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, staff, and vendors.
  • Create reports and communicate strategies and suggestions to key stakeholders.
  • Proofread content for accuracy and clarity before finalization.
  • Complete all mandatory compliance and duty training.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to maintain and improve industry knowledge and incorporate the latest trends and create fresh and innovative content.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 2+ years in digital marketing
  • 2+ years of experience with SEO
  • 2+ years in social media management
  • Proficiency with common SEO tools
  • Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong proofreading skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure high quality.
  • Ability to think and act independently within guidelines and limitation of company policy and assigned personal authority.
  • Proficiency in critical thinking and problem-solving for complex issues.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and oral) and interpersonal skills (colleagues and customers).
  • Attention to detail and the capability to prioritize duties and deliver outcomes autonomously and on-time.
  • Must complete background check and drug screening test.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in graphic design
  • Experience working in a technology industry
  • Experience working with B2B target markets
