About the Role

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy, content creation, and digital community engagement. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing brand presence across multiple platforms, designing creative assets, building influencer collaborations, and executing paid & organic campaigns to drive growth and engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Social Media Strategy & Management
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage daily operations of all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and industry updates to keep the brand relevant.
  • Content Creation & Planning
  • Plan, design, and execute engaging content, including graphics, videos, reels, and stories.
  • Create and maintain a monthly content calendar ensuring timely execution and consistency.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, design, product) to generate creative campaigns.
  • Design & Creative Coordination
  • Plan and guide the graphic design team for creatives, infographics, and brand visuals.
  • Oversee video production including scripting, storyboarding, and editing strategies.
  • Paid & Organic Growth
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid social media campaigns for lead generation, engagement, and brand awareness.
  • Drive organic growth through creative content, community engagement, and trend-based strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, conversions) and prepare reports with insights.
  • Influencer & Community Engagement
  • Identify and collaborate with influencers, bloggers, and content creators to expand brand visibility.
  • Build and engage online communities through comments, DMs, and group interactions.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Track KPIs and ROI for all campaigns and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
  • Suggest improvements and new strategies based on data-driven insights.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and latest trends.
  • Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing tools (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar).
  • Hands-on experience with paid campaign management (Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret social media data.
  • Ability to work independently as well as with cross-functional teams.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and details.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in influencer marketing campaigns and partnerships.
  • Knowledge of SEO and content marketing strategies.
  • Familiarity with social media automation tools (Buffer, Hootsuite, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
