Social Media Manager

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our social media channels, developing engaging content, increasing brand awareness, and driving engagement with our audience.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, create, and publish engaging content across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.)
• Develop social media strategies aligned with business goals
• Monitor and respond to audience interactions and messages
• Analyze performance metrics to improve reach and engagement
• Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions
• Stay up-to-date with social media trends and platform updates
• Manage social media ad campaigns (if applicable)

Requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and tools.
• Excellent communication and writing skills
• Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights
• Creative mindset with attention to detail
• Familiarity with basic graphic design tools (Canva, Photoshop, etc.) is a plus
• Knowledge of social media advertising is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,500.56 - ₹30,000.00 per month
